How Does It Work? One multi-channel cross-department trunked two way radio system with multiple computer PC dispatch consoles for CCTV control, transport managers, facilities managers and department supervisors. Every user's GPS location can be instantly seen and any user can request emergency assistance from their supervisor or the CCTV control room.
Like never before, our dynamic trunked two way radio radio system allows the whole council to share one central two way radio system with unlimited channels and unlimited users, keeping everyone in touch, even in the event of a power failure.
Seamless CCTV Control Integration
Each CCTV controller is equipped with a computerised radio dispatch PC and screen. This screen enables them to monitor radio chatter across all channels. The radio dispatch PC is also a virtual radio, works just like a two way radio! Additionally, all chatter is recorded, allowing them to replay any missed calls. Each dispatcher can see the location of all GPS-enabled radios and receive emergency alerts, enabling them to dispatch assistance where necessary.
As a backup, CCTV controllers are also issued a portable radio of their own. This radio can do almost everything the PC can do. They can use the portable radio in the event of a serious situation or an evacuation.
